*CASTLE*

Please note that the castle contains 3 units: 2 apartments on the ground floor and the main unit, which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors.



The Romeo is one of the apartments on the ground floor.



The outdoor spaces, including the fire pit, are shared.



*FLOORS*

Please note that the accommodation is on the first floor of the château and is all on one level. However, there are 5 steps up to the front door.



*BARBECUE*

The barbecue is not accessible from November to April.



*WINTER TIRE*

In winter, all car models can easily access the property provided they are equipped with winter tires. Remember that everywhere in Quebec, it is mandatory to have winter tires on your vehicle from December 1st to March 15th. Make sure you are in compliance for a safe trip!



*SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGE WAIVER*

As part of our standard pre-arrival process, guests are required to complete either a damage waiver or provide a security deposit prior to check-in. This requirement is intended to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the stay and helps protect both guests and property owners.
