The room and building were clean and well equipped. However, the location has a downside — you need to climb a steep hill or stairs to reach the Old Quebec area. The Saint-Roch area, where the hotel is located, is not as beautiful or clean as Old Quebec.

The unit was clean and comfortable. HOWever the entrance door to the building is dangerous like a crocodile designed to keep the street people in the area from getting in. It slams shut at full pressure of 20 lbs. It caught my foot twisting my knee. Day1 of my 5 week vacation from Vancouver I am now on crutches. This door needs to be addressed. I have contacted Quebec City regarding this. I would not recommend this unit.

Location of the property was good, environment was not. This property was across from a soup kitchen and next to a loud bar. The washroom needed some hooks to hang your towel and a large full size mirror would be great. It had great living and dining area.

Staff was very helpful - there was an initial mix-up of the booked rooms and after a little language barrier, things were resolved very quickly. The area appears to be gentrifying; lots of restaurants; walking distance to Gare du Palais (central train station); 20 minute uphill walk to the Old City.

This was a really great apartment well stocked. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 20 min walk to Chateau Laurier. We parked in the recommended parking that was a two minute walk. $20 for 24 hrs

Nice spot

We were there for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. This spot is located very conveniently next to a supermarket and within walking distance to attractions. There is also a great running path along the river. Easy online check-in process. Only issue was that the AC/fan, at least in our room, did not work so well and the windows aren't able to be opened, so it got hot.

First, the positives….. 1) The apartment was really large, airy with high ceiling, spotlessly clean, with solid furnishings and nearly brand-new appliances. A bargain for the price. 2) The location is really convenient; you can walk to the Old City in 20 minutes (or Uber in 5 min). 3) The Metro Plus supermarket, literally a 2-min walk, is a full-sized supermarket, not a convenience store. A pharmacy is the other way, equally close. Some cafes and a restaurant are within a few minutes stroll. 4) It felt a safe neighborhood; you will find homeless people, but they won’t bother you. Now, the negatives ….. 1) Their website says we can check in earlier for a fee, if the room is ready. We wanted to check in at 2 PM instead of 4PM. We text chatted in advance and they confirmed it. Asked us to email and call the day of travel. We did both. They said call after you have landed and they’d check to see if the room is ready. We did. Now the desk person completely denied that such a thing is possible, and said they have no way of contacting the cleaning staff. She was rude and wouldn’t listen to our backstory. Anyway, this cost us some difficulties and some loss. 2) The wifi is quite weak— when it is on, that is. Frequently, it is off; …. when it happened repeatedly, we gave up and used our phone’s hotspot. The problem is, the TV doesn’t work without the wifi either (Netflix, Prime, ..). The remote won’t work for a few hours and will spring to life at some point.

Agréable malgré quelques petits détails.

On a adoré le concept. L’espace est bien pensé et bien organisé. Le seul bémol c’est que le ménage est fait toujours de la même manière donc plusieurs petits endroits ne sont jamais fait (ça paraît) la propreté générale est bien à première vue mais quand on s'attarde on voit des choses désagréables. Exemple: les tablettes ouvertes dans la cuisine où sont les verres sont remplis de poussière et les verres sont tournés du côté qu’on bois sur les tablettes sales ( nous avons lavé les tablettes… si on regarde derrière le meuble de télé ouf… Le cache lumière ouvert vers le haut dans la chambre fermé est rempli de poussière. Bref je vous le mentionne pour améliorer ce point. L’équipement de cuisine est très cheap ( poèle complètement fini.) juste 2 coupes de vin pour une place à 4 personnes. L’essoreuse de salade est presque brisée. Encore une fois c’est pour vous mentionner les points à améliorer. Cela n’a pas brimé notre plaisir et notre appréciation générale des lieux. Revoir la quantité de chlore qui est trop forte. Nos maillots sont décolorés et beaucoup étaient incommodé (yeux) malgré qu’on à attendu avant d’embarquer. Il y a eu de la musique très forte jusqu’à 2 h am vendredi. On pensait qu’il y avait un bar dans le même immeuble samedi ps de problème. Donc c’était peut-être des locataires voisins.
