This open space concept with mezzanine and cathedral ceilings was recently painted and renovated and is remote work ready with fast wi-fi. With approximately 1050 square feet /95 square meters. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in unit and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy the large patio with the a close-up view of Cap Diamant. Free Parking Space (for small vehicle) is very rare in this area. This apartment is perfect for relocations or professionals.
