Perfect for longer stays, the condo, fully furnished, is located on the 2rd floor penthouse with large windows overlooking La Vivrière Fountain. This open space concept with mezzanine and cathedral ceilings was recently painted and renovated and is remote work ready with fast wi-fi. With approximately 1050 square feet /95 square meters. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in unit and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy the large patio with the a close-up view of Cap Diamant. Free Parking Space (for small vehicle) is very rare in this area. This apartment is perfect for relocations or professionals.
