Friendly staff and good price. However, the room keeping wasn’t done (no towels, no new sheets) and the state of the building and installations is absolutely horrible. 3 toilets were filled to the brim with feces, there is mold in the shower and the desk in the room was dirty with an unknown substance.

No sound proofing whatsoever. Most grungy bathrooms and showers I've seen. Mould on the walls and shower curtains, bedsheets dirty and tattered. Everything desperately needs an update. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Cheap though.

The room and shared restroom are reasonable clean. I stayed for 7 nights and there is no room service in between. You can request if needed. Parking is easy. There was only one elevator operating, and the wait time could be a bit long. The trail around the lake is nice. The price is good. It is a decent budget stay.

There was a big blood stain on the bed sheet—it was absolutely disgusting. I showed the photo to the front desk staff, but instead of apologizing, she argued that it was “just a blood stain” and didn’t mean the sheet wasn’t clean. Can you believe that?
