Great place with everything we needed.

This place was a great place to base ourselves for our stay in Quebec. Easy to drive out from there to places like Isle d’Orleans but also walkable into old Quebec (25-30 mins walk). The place is very clean and fits a lot of things into a small space really well. Close to a big supermarket and not far to walk to Victoria Park gardens and lots of restaurants nearby. Be aware parking is not included (you pay extra) and there are a lot of homeless people around the parking garage and in the area. They never bothered us but I would not have felt safe walking around there at night by myself.

Sketchy neighborhood but facility was very nice inside.

The building and the room were excellent. The rooftop pool was very nice. The facilities were nicely maintained. We were very happy that the we could walk up to old Quebec and there were several very nice restaurants the next street over. The room was exactly as described and super clean. The only thing I could complain about was there was no anti- skid mat for the shower and it was very slippery. We would have liked more direction with unloading and parking. We didn’t realize there was a door to go directly to the parking lot in the lobby. We walked all the way around. Moving in to the room was tough from the parked car. The neighborhood was sketchy with a large homeless population.

Le logement est parfait, très propre. C’est beau, neuf et très calme. Belle piscine sur le toit. Tout était parfait !! Le seul bémol est la présence d’itinérants dans le stationnement.
