The Space:

Inside, this one-story cottage offers all the amenities necessary to enjoy the beautiful natural landscape. You will find 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equiped kitchen, a glazed dining room with a wood fireplace on one side and big windows offering a stunning view on the other side. The living room also has big windows, a second wood fireplace and high ceilings. This room also includes 2 queen sofa beds. The cottage is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.



Outside, you will find a large patio surrounded by a net shelter, a private spa and a campfire area. You will also find a descent to access the river directly.



Guest Access:

Please note that the road leading to the chalet is shared with pedestrians and that many children are often present. We kindly ask that you drive slowly and with great caution.



The Neighborhood:

Located 50 minutes from Quebec and 75 minutes from Trois-Rivières, Portneuf region offers you a magnificient landscape. Enjoy a stay close to breathtaking mountains, rivers, fields and forests!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, you'll find ample free parking on the premises. The chalet is located approximately 50 minutes from Quebec City and 75 minutes from Trois-Rivières, making it a convenient base for exploring the region. Public transport options are limited in this area, so driving is the most practical way to reach the property and explore the local attractions. Plan your journey accordingly to make the most of your stay!



Other Things to Note:

If you bring a dog to the cottage, it is important to follow these rules:



-The animal must never be left unattended and/or alone in the accommodation.

-The animal must be tied up at all times when it is outside the cottage. (Please provide the necessary equipment for this purpose)

-It is important that the animal does not make any noise (no barking or screaming that could disturb the neighbors).

-Comply with municipal regulations concerning animals.

-Do not allow the animal to climb on sofas and beds.

-Pick up all animal waste, both inside and outside.

-Be responsible for all costs related to damage caused by the animal.



Please note that the BBQ, outside fire area and watercrafts are available only during summer time.



The chalet is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit. While it's not a central system, it typically ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the entire space.



Interaction with Guests:

I remain available before, during and after your stay to answer all your questions. I know the region very well, so it is easy for me to guide you according to your interests.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
