Located in an historic hotel converted into modern apartments, a great base from which to explore this wonderful city. This unit is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator to the unit.



Please note that there is no parking available on-site. However, we provide free underground parking for 1 car near the hotel, which is just a short 8-minute walk (approximately 500 meters) away. An access card is available in the unit for the parking facility, and please be aware that the height limit for vehicles is 1.85 meters.

Very clean nice place all around , parking around 7 minutes of walks. The bed in the 2 beds bedroom the one closer to the wall need to be change. Rest was very nice

Wonderful suite in a superb location. Very comfortable and perfect for our girls getaway! I would highly recommend staying here. One thing to keep in mind though is that luggage has to be carried up the stairs to your suite if you are on an upper floor. Was all good for us!

Great location. Nice and clean apartment. No elevator was probably mentioned in description but not appreciated until we tried to lug up heavy suitcases to the third floor. All possible but could be very difficult for an older guest. Nice rooftop patio. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful City Center Apartment

Went to Quebec City with our kids for a family vacation. The apartment is centrally located but off the beaten path enough that it is very quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but we didn’t find them to be an issue at all. The one caveat is that the roof deck is right next to the main bedroom window and anyone in the building can go out there. We had one group out there at night but only for 15 min and the shades really dampen the noise. Overall, the apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and enough space that the two kids could take breaks from each other.

Easy walking to everything you want to see in charming Old Quebec City!

Very clean and quiet. The after 4:00 pm Check-in was a little late for us but locked suitcase storage was available at no charge. Be ready to haul your bags up 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. All in all I would stay again as the climb was good exercise after all the eating we did!

Déception

Monter ses bagages lourds au 3ième étage, pas évident. Pas de stationnement pour la deuxième voiture alors que c'est un appartement pour 4 ou 6 personnes. Verres sales dans l'armoire, plaque à biscuits toute grasse dans le tiroir du poële. Grille pain à deux tranches alors qu'on est 4. Un appartement pensé, au niveau des commodités et accessoirs de cuisine, pour 2 personnes. 2 verres à vin seulement. Nous avons du descendre au rez-de-chaussée en chercher d'autres. Appartement pour des gens qui mangent souvent au resto. Pas de penderie. Pratiquement pas de crochets pour suspendre nos vêtements mais, il y a une commode dans les deux chambres. Table de cuisine très inconfortable pour les personnes assises sur le banc. 2 débarbouillettes par couple pour tout notre séjour. Encore là, descendre au rez-de-chaussée en demander d'autres. À notre départ, obligation de rapporter la carte de stationnement dans l'appartement au 3ième étage alors qu'il pourrait y avoir des boîtes de dépôt au rez-de-chaussée. Obligation de laisser les rideaux fermés dans la chambre donnant sur le balcon car, les gens peuvent tout voir à l'intérieur. Impossible de profiter de ce balcon (alors qu'on a payé pour ça) car, il y avait des travaux de peinture. Point positif : Bien situé pour quelqu'un qui veut visiter et profiter du Vieux Québec, petit Champlain et Place Royale.

Apartment rental as described. Property manager communicated promptly with me thru VRBO app and was able to give us recommendations for city tours and taxi service. Location was great. Quebec City is charming and we felt very safe in our neighborhood.

Charming with a view

Our girls trip this year was to Quebec City and this was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The rooftop view was amazing! We definitely got our workouts in with the stairs. I think the only comments made between four of us while we were there was that a full length mirror would be a good addition and some shelving in the main shower for supplies. Everything was clean and stocked for all our needs. Would definitely recommend this location!

Excellent Apartment - a must stay

Wonderful apartment to stay and enjoy Quebec City for our family! Location was fabulous, the apartment was perfect and clean and shown accurately on VRBO and the outdoor patio was a great place to sit and relax and enjoy after a long day! The host was super and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

The apt. Was clean and neat. Three flights of stairs and no elevator. Be sure to read description carefully! Tub and shower pretty slippery. Kitchen cupboards were a bit deceptive. We didn’t realize the area above microwave WAS a cupboard! Could have used a spatula.

Amazing Property

My wife, two teens and I stayed here during the week for three nights. The location was perfect for getting around Old Quebec. Communication and check in with the property manager was all via VRBO & email - clear and easy to follow. Property was spacious and clean however, it is up 3-4 flight of stairs. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
