It was okay. Just fine for a short stay. Lots of restaurants but not the kind of neighbourhood you get out and explore. My view was over a bunch of dumpsters. I didn't mind because I wasn't paying attention to that but be warned if you're looking for a nicer view...get a room at the front of the building

Pool area is nice and has a splash pad area for kids. Rooms were okay, but dirty and evident an older hotel. This spot was okay for a quick one-might stay while travelling, but I would not stay long-term here. There are dining options close by and a short trip to Quebec City for sight-seeing.

Great price, quick check in. Nice pool, but by 8oclock on our first night they ran out of towels bathroom cabinets finish was peeling, baseboards under window stained. But everything was neat and clean Over all I would consider staying there again

A bench or two outside would be great. Has outside patio for the dining area when it is open. Chair in our room was broken and brought this to the attention of front desk. Clean accommodations with great view of St. Lawrence. Pool area was relaxing. We will be back. Night time attendant was helpful for checking in.

1. Mold in the gym, with weird odors 2. Overall room was not super clean 3. Staff is very average and not very welcoming. Not proactive. 4. Room cards kept not working. I had to go down to the lobby multiples times for a 3 day stay to have the staff remake cards.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom needed to be cleaned properly, dirty toilet. At check in.. gave us keys to an occupied room. Lucky we went in and only guest luggage was on floor and no one in room. No garbage can in room. Air conditioner was not working and was 29 degrees in room. No fan in bathroom. Staff were friendly, spoke English. Would not recommend or return.

Old and no treatment works since last century, but location is 15$ from old city by taxi, very comfortable beds and pillows, it was really big and clean. Oh, and forget about pool, you will never get there, all kidds and toddlers with moms from huge hotel will not let you even come close!

This hotel is great for getting off the highway with kids and your intention is let the kids swim, sleep then leave the area. It is a reasonable uber ride into old Quebec. The pool area is nicely appointed although the bar doesn’t seem to be open in spite of online photos. The hot tub doesn’t work and front desk reaction to voicing complaint was more or less, “yea, so?” There are basic restaurants nearby and a Tim’s in the parking lot, but everything except McDonald’s is closed by 10 pm. After dark the homeless people come out to check if car doors are locked, check for beer cans in the trash, beg for smokes then come in to use the public area restrooms.

Excellent location, There was a time that the hotel was in great condition/ well built and pool area was designed to be garden/ paradise. Today the property is tired, Real trees are replaced by plastic palm plants. New management should invest in to real plants and trees. Go back to original. Great potential 🌞

Disappointing...

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were no towels in our room. We called the front desk, and they told us to come get some ourselves. Once we got there, they informed us that there were no towels available at all, and although they said a request had been made to the laundry, we never received any during our stay. We had also requested a baby bed, but were given a playpen with hair and a sticky pink substance on the mattress. Needless to say, it was not suitable, so our baby had to sleep with us. The pool was dirty and was missing about a foot of water, making it feel poorly maintained and uninviting. On top of that, our room was never cleaned during our stay, and we were never provided with towels. We ended up taking some ourselves from the pool area just to be able to shower. Overall, we were really disappointed by the lack of basic service and cleanliness. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
