OLD and DIRTY.

Dirty and so old. Odd room layout. But overall OLD and DIRTY. The carpet is nasty in the room and out. Ice machine leaking and carpet was wet. Old furniture like from the 70s. No light to go from upstairs to the bed to the bathroom. Impossible to plug anything in because the bedside “tables” are park the bed. Just strange layout. The calling fan had Dust that’s been there for years. They don’t come and clean the room while you stay because of “short staff” but I don’t think they ever clean.

Property was good stay for a great price. Management should consider removing the carpet and replace with flooring(as we see being done at many other properties). Room was clean and bed very comfortable and bedding spotless!!! And blackout out curtains allow provided a great sleep. Furniture and room atmosphere dated and tired but great price is likely the cause!

Not a great spot though it’s an economical option. Fine if you’re just hanging out with friends, but not suitable for a family stay.The toilet flush was broken. Even after raising a complaint, no one came to fix it.

It is a good location but there is major construction limiting access. Our room was clean but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The door was missing the safety locking mechanism. The property is dated. Jaro owns several other hotels in the area....at a higher rate of course.
Lock assembly missing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Auberge Québec and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bedroom and sheets were clean, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. The staff in general were responsive and quick to assist when needed, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The toilet and bathtub could definitely use a deep clean with bleach, as there was noticeable pink and orange mold, which shouldn't be there. Additionally, the hotel hallway had a bit of an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness. Overall, the service and bedroom were solid, but some attention to deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
