Rooms will not be cleaned before 3 days Curtains are very short in breadth - No Privacy Since rooms not cleaned on everyday basis so garbage also stays Steel/aluminum sink in the washroom Location is quite far from primary tourist destination of Old Quebec city area Only plus point is the parking on site included in room fare. Overall, I was not happy with my stay. Probably, not coming back to stay at this hotel again.

Our stay was excellent. The beds were fantastic and clean up to date room. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location with most everything you can need in one area. Also the price could not be beat for what you get. Fantastic place which we highly recommend!

Quand jai eux ma premiere chambre il avait de leau qui degoutais du plafond dans la salle de bain beaucoup il mon changer de chambre mais le moment au jai dit javaid oublier mes clé dans la premiere chambre on ma repondu que cetait pas grave cetait pas grave que cetait juste la chambre du haut qui prenais sa douche et cest pour sa que sa coulais jai ete surpris de cette reponse ... mais bon cetait ordinaire comme sejours mais jai pu aller faire des activiter autour
