There are a several restaurants within walking distance and quick access to the main roads leading to or out of Québec City. The room was recently renovated and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't not appreciate the check in rules. The room was already paid via Expedia and they did not accept my 200$ deposite by wallet credit card. They were ready to cancell my reservation instead of helping me with this situation. And my room was not ready at 4pm. They gave me a room at 1st floor. The sheet were stained and the coffee mug sticky.

The toilet wouldn’t flush down. Had to hold the knob a/o flush twice. The sink clogged up. Took a long time for water to drain. Reported room 103 issues to the front desk when we checked out.

Location is great. Close to highway and shopping. Easy parking. We stayed three nights in a room with King size bed. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The air conditioner did not work that well. We realized quickly we needed to keep the sun out by keeping the curtains closed during the day and leave the air conditioner on during the day yo have it cool enough to sleep at night. Also the tv is very basic with just local channels. No smart tv option with streaming possibilities. They disabled all other options on the remote which is too bad as in this day and age we like to stream our own stuff. We brought our android box to hook up but they even disabled the input options. I realize we don’t go to watch tv but after a whole day on the road it is nice to wind down for a little bit before sleeping. They should get with the times and modernize. In the lobby they have a pretty decent coffee station and microwave but I did notice during the three days it was never clean. That should be very easy as the reception desk is facing this coffee and microwave station. The ice machine was also leaking all over the floor. This during the entire three days which they could have called repair services. Even though we generally liked our comfortable clean room I don’t think we would go back or recommend this place unless they fixed these issues.

They initially checked us into a room that had not been cleaned, and then told me that there were no rooms available and moved us to a different hotel location (the aeroport location). In the morning, an hour before check out time, housekeeping came to say they needed to clean the room as our room was first on the list (by numerical order on our floor), I said we'd be checking out as soon as we were ready and he shook his head and walked away.
