Staff were very nice and helpful during the check in process. Room had a microwave which was a bonus cause not many have them anymore. Did find a couple hairs on counter in bathroom and on a couple towels but there were plenty of other towels for me to use

We chose Comfort Inn & Suites in Québec City mainly for the family-friendly amenities, especially the indoor pool, but unfortunately the pool was extremely cold and unusable for our children. We were told the water temperature was set at 80°F and could not be increased, which is below the normal comfort level for indoor hotel pools, and no alternative solution or compensation was offered. The room itself was clean, parking was convenient, and breakfast was appreciated, but the lack of flexibility and resolution regarding a key advertised amenity significantly impacted our stay, so families planning to use the pool should be aware.

Very nice room. And it was clean. Bath was recently remodeled and tub was quite comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I don't like the bamboo utensils in the dining room. Trying to eat scrambled eggs with the provided fork was frustrating.
