As a seasoned traveler I was surprised this was rated as a 4 Diamond. There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. Staff was pleasant, rooms clean, decor unremarkable, lobby unremarkable, breakfast unremarkable, adjoining restaurant unremarkable. Location was good. Overall, the hotel was just " ok."

This is a nice botique hotel. The rooms were a little on the dark side and it was hard to keep the temperature comfortable (it was VERY hot out). Nice ammenities and great location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Lovely staff - so helpful and kind; allowed us to store our luggage upon arrival and departure so we could enjoy more of the beautiful city; lovely location; rigth near Le Petit Champlain St; the self serve wine bar was a great treat :) The rooms spacious and clean; overall a lovely boutique hotel but with a very homey feel; highly recommend; it's on the pricer side but if you can indulge, I would recommend

Nous adorons cet hôtel, l’emplacement, les lieux, c’est très urbain et classe. Le service est top! Le seul point à améliorer dans la chambre serait d’avoir des barres pour les serviettes afin qu’elles puissent sécher pour les réutiliser tel que demandé.

Perfectly situated on a quiet street in Old Quebec, Hotel 71 was a wonderful boutique hotel experience. Superior King Room was well appointed, modern and quiet. Very restful sleeps! The lobby, seating areas, coffee room and all common areas were beautifully designed and decorated, with many seating areas and amazing complimentary coffees, lattes, teas etc. The best I've saved for last, though. The staff...from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out...were friendly, attentive, professional and went over and above to provide an amazing visit. Every single person we encountered epitomized hospitality. Thanks for a fabulous weekend, Hotel 71! I will recommend your property to anyone visiting Quebec City.
