The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and waterslide which we were unable to use . The hot tub was running but had to be of 6 years old and my son wasn’t old enough. There was only 4 pillows present for two queen size beds and 4 people. When asked for more they said they didn’t have any available. The elevators took at least 10 mins each use and felt very unsafe. There was way to many people and reception was unable to help us with anything . Would not recommend .

I was very disappointed with this property. Reception sent us on a wild goose chase to try to find our room. The hotel was very dated and not very clean. Nothing was convenient and I won’t be returning.

Extremely Poor Air Quality!

Not sure if it was cigarette smoke or mold but there was an awful smell and it stuck To everything we brought
 had to throw certain things out because it was so noticeably disgusting. Hotel room was fine. Pool was overpacked, elevators don’t work and it takes so long to get anywhere, while waiting for an elevator for 5 mins staff with a large cart just blocked us and took the elevator with Absolutely no regard for us with bags and suitcases and a toddler.

One elevator was down and we had to wait at least 15 min to take the elevator each time. We can see we’re getting frustrated The magnetic card was not working at the pool, we waited 15 min to realized that a worker was standing beside us not doing anything, not even realizing we were waiting.

Les ascenseurs sont tellement lent de plus un n’était pas fonctionnel et monter au 4e Ă©tage ou descendre du 4e par les escaliers est comme un labyrinthe. Pour aller Ă  la piscine, tu ne peux pas utiliser les escaliers. Un peu bizarre quand tu y penses. Nous Ă©tions toujours plusieurs Ă  attendre. Nous avons aimĂ© mais nous considĂ©rons une autre place la prochaine fois.

We could heard lots of noise from the hallway and room above between 22h and midnight. Elevator for pool took a good 10 minutes each time to get it. Breakfast was amazing, mattress in the room were confy. Whoever sleeps beside would get freez cold.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The hotel was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. Is adults were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't a regular hot tub temperature and very weak jetts, more like a warm bath. It was also very inconvenient that we had to pick a specific time for the breakfast, meaning we had to set alarms while on vacation. The underground parking was very convenient, the elevators were extremely slow but we didn't mind waiting. The beds weren't very comfortable but the room was spotless and lots of space. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We will be back again.

Module de table et chaises deviennent lit escamotable double : trĂšs pratique pour jouer ou manger. 2- Plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments brisĂ©s : vieillot; tiroirs du lit ne ferment pas, porte garde-robe dĂ©sajustĂ©e, cadre dĂ©coratif endommagĂ©. Literie dĂ©corative pourrait ĂȘtre au goĂ»t du jour : blanche, lĂ  c'est vieux et dĂ©modĂ©. 3- PropretĂ© : Ă©lĂ©ments primordiaux trĂšs propres, mais pas les dĂ©tails ; comptoirs propres, les lits propres.
