We booked a room for three nights, the fridge did not work and we had to call for a replacement and it did not work well either. Then we had to ask for more towels, coffee, and glasses so the four of us had supplies for the stay. We even paid an extra $150 for what they call quest fee? The room could sleep six and we were a group of four. Then get home and now they say we broke the toilet and are charging me $215. Right now I am fighting the charge because 100% nothing was broken during our stay.

The hotel is in a walkable area close to old town. The pool and gardens and lovely, and the live music over the garden was special. The rooms need some TLC with tears in the furniture and some mold in bathroom. Concierge and porter services were ok.

Great location with on site parking. Loved the indoor courtyard with pool and hot tub. Live music was an added bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well done, Hôtel Palace Royal!

The hotel is walkable to a lot of great amenities; however, the cleanliness of the hotel is a serious concern. Sheets and blankets with stains, debris/dirt on bathroom floors, room floors with gouges in them. The lack of cleanliness, lack of prompt response from the staff, and lack of agreeable resolution are reasons for concern.

Great stay overall

Had a great overnight stay. Especially loved having an iron and ironing board as i needed it. Also,the shower was great and spacious. Staff were friendly. Nice comfortable bed too. Overall,great stay!
