Good place to be and amazing to every place to go!

The place was so good but the bathroom has only one bathroom tissue no extra and the body wasn’t refilled. The room was amazing but only those things that I was concerned about but could be improved next time.

Good hotel, great location.

Hotel was clean, and located well within walking distance to Old Quebec. Rooms are a bit dated, but over all good quality and decent value for the price.

The room was very clean and didn't have a carpet which was super good. It was walking distance to Château Frontenac. Bery good experience for the kids because of the swimming pool.

Location location location Perfect location to walk old QC as well as Grande Allee. I would love an inside room with a balcony next time. Fortunately most floors have a common balcony to use. It very beautiful sitting on the balcony with the pool down below.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The only reason i am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was only 1 outlet in one corner of the bedroom which was a hassle for my husband's cpap. The hotel did provide an extension cord but i fell like the outlets should be better placed. Also they have live music in the pool area Friday and Saturday. Friday's music was lovely and enjoyable. Saturday's was loud and obnoxious. When i called to ask if they could turn it down they said others had complained and they already turned it down so they wouldn't be turning it down anymore. They also said that when booking it is mentioned that there is live music. I never saw this and double checked, i and still don't see any mention of it. All in all it was a good experience but beware if you have young ones who may be bothered by loud music

Amazing place to stay, my only negative was the breakfast buffet was expensive $30/person for what it was, but you don’t have to eat there you can go to numerous restaurants right around the area. Our favourite was Le Billig crepe place!

Accomodations were good. Breakfast was lacking. No bacon? Weird. Pancake were hard, so were the pastries. The pool was much smaller than what it looked like in the pictures , so were the spa. Its clearly stated no kid under 4 in tbe spa but its was literally full of mom with babies.

we had a great stay, everyone was friendly, and it was really easy to figure out the parking and check-in. The pool was great, it definitely was crowded, but we were here during the big hockey tournament. The balcony that looks over the pool from our room was so fun. We had a great stay
