Excellent location for touring!

Hotel was in an excellent spot for visiting QC! Not close to any stores for forgotten items, but excellent for touring. They held our luggage before and after stay. Very nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little hard, but we survived. Nice espresso coffee in rooms. Shower great too. No view room has glass opening to atrium type of view with filtered light from above. It was fine From the train station- close, but Uber- the walk is all uphill!!!!

Excellent location. Very clean and our room was super quiet. Staff was helpful and allowed an earlier check in since our room was already available. I’ve lived in Quebec City before and now visit frequently, so I recommend this place for a first timer. Parking nearby is convenient, at a reasonable 24h price for the location.

We had a beautiful room looking out over the busy street, Trinity church and Frontenac. It was nice to walk around and return quickly to our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

The shower is a little weird - can’t go to the bathroom at night without the light illuminating the bed. Tub was great! The room really needs some outlets or USB ports. The staff is terrific! We really appreciated their help.

You cannot beat the location! It is perfect for exploring Old Quebec. Front desk personnel was very welcoming. Do request an upper room facing the courtyard - it was quiet.. Unfortunately, we had a connecting room ( although we didn't use it) and we could hear all the conversation in the other room. The bed was extremely hard. And the carpeting in our room needed a good vacuuming. Dust collected around the edges and by the headboard. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Location can't be beat! Close to everything Old Québec City has to offer. Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff was so helpful with any request we asked. Having the elevator was a big plus! Staff was very helpful to store our luggage the day of checkout until we boarded our cruise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient location. Size of room good. Property kept clean. Hot water was out early evening one night. Staff asked if we knew how to turn it on, it was our third night there. Impacted getting ready for dinner. They kept advising wait 10 minutes, wait 10 minutes, wait 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

Was an amazing location within walking distance to the main sites and tours. Your Uber/taxi driver will have to drop you off a little down the street, no cars in front of hotel. Nice, modern with comfortable bed and outside charm
