Great location. Close to Hotel Frontenac. Pedestrian street in front of hotel is charming but was packed with people passing through to Frontenac & promenade. Rooms are small but okay. Body wash & soap could use improvement.

Location, location, location! This was the perfect place to stay in Old Town as far as walkability to just about anything we wanted to see plus tons of restaurants nearby. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was amazing! We only had two complaints about the hotel. The first is that our room was very loud. We were on the 2nd floor, so maybe we were above the restaurant kitchen, but we heard quite a few noises. We could hear the people walking above us too. The other is that the shower in the bathroom was very small. It had amazing water pressure, but my husband's head was almost touching the ceiling. And probably because it was so small and stayed damp, it looked like there was mold on the shower ceiling.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. Location is perfect. Such a short walk to Chateau Frontenac and even to lower town (Basse Ville). My only critique is that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street which means that you can't drive up and drop off your luggage. The hotel should alert guests before arrival. Parking garage is nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Lots of dining options on the street and immediate area. Dropping off luggage and parking is a challenge since it is off site.

Great location but silverfish in the bathroom!

Great location, very central, staff was great. Parking was a bit difficult as would be expected given the location but was able to park at City Hall. The only really not so nice thing for me that reduced my rating by a couple of stars was the silverfish running all over the bathroom floor in the night and the shower temperature control. I nearly had a heart attack at midnight when I came into the bathroom and saw a bunch of silverfish running around all over the floor. I think we had the most basic room. The room otherwise seemed clean, not sure about the old dark carpet especially after seeing the bugs in the bathroom. I had a bit of trouble sleeping after that. Additionally, the shower was extremely hot and difficult to control the temperature. The beds were also a bit too firm for me.

The hotel is overpriced for the quality and service. We had a signature room and there was nothing special. Room located right on the Main Street with so much noise that started early in the morning. Hallway rugs are dirty and need replacing. Would consider other options next time. Best part was location.
