Central to everything and located on very vibrant street. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Food was very good at the restaurant. Great for a couples getaway or an anniversary celebration. Merci Hotel Sainte-Anne!

Clean and comfortable hotel in a heritage building in the heart of the old city, good for sightseeing. It's directly above a street of restaurants so it can be a bit noisy during the day. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, but the sinks were small with a oddly placed faucet that made it awkward to wash your hands or face. The staff was helpful but seemed a bit cold.

Lovely room. Perfect location. Drop off at corner of street and very short walk to hotel. There is no road directly in front of hotel. Parking garage is very close and reasonably priced.

The room itself was charming and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the windows couldn’t be opened, which made the room uncomfortably warm—it reached around 80°F. It definitely affected the overall experience, which is a shame because everything else was great.

We were so close to everything- minutes away from Chateau Frontenac and the cable car. The room was so unique and welcoming. It was the perfect combination of old Quebec and modern amenities.

Great location

Location was excellent for walking around Old Quebec City. Room was clean and comfortable. Tv did not work most of the stay but internet was strong enough to stream shows.
