Booked a family suite for five. Only one person available at front desk to check guests in so there was a long lineup of several people. Bedding was not put on the bunk beds. When I asked the front staff to make the beds, they said the blankets were provided and the “intent was for children to make their bed like they do at home!” I asked the front desk to put the sheets on and they did (no complaints!). The room was overall really clean and new/well maintained. The soap dispenser was completely empty in the shower. I normally stay at Marriot, it’s unfortunate the courtyard beside this hotel was sold out :(

Le lit "King" était très petit et dur. Il n'y a aucune insonorisation dans les chambres, j'ai entendu les voisins faire du bruit jusqu'à 2h, les voiture et camions dehors et la climatisation bruyante. Quand on passe par une application pour réserver ils ne fournissent pas le déjeuner continental qui est seulement pour leurs clients qui reservent directement. Très déçue de cet hôtel. Je m'attendais à mieux vu la note.

chambre avec pas de servisse

a l'arriver tout étais impeccable le jour 2 pas eu de service de chambre il mon apporter une boite de mouchoir que Jai demander il non rien fait dans la chambre. A 18 heures Jai demander a la réception pour avoir des serviette de douche et des serviette pour le visage il mon donner en me disant quille étais désoler . ce nais pas la première foi que je fais affaire avec heu et habituelle ment ces impeccable.

Very clean and quiet! The rooms are nicely done. I love that they are not carpeted and the drinking glasses and cups in the room are glass and not plastic or paper. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets. The Normandin restaurant is just a short walk across the parking area.

I likes the room it was nice you have a microwave coffee refrigerator nice big tv with all the channels the only thing i did not like was the dust in the room maybe a quick visit from staff before guests arrive.

I was pretty surprised how easy it was to park. I’m happy that it was free. Breakfast was delicious and free as well. The room was updated and nice. Not very big but nice.

Good location if you’re visiting Old Quebec, unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in my family (4 people), rough sleepless night! There’s a fee for breakfast per person.

I was very pleased with the modern clean rooms and large beds. The bathroom was small but manageable for a couple of nights. When we first arrived and looked at the hotel, it seemed more of a motel. But the interiors were very good - up to date and well maintained. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly too. There is a lot of traffic with its proximity to highways, gas station etc. It was more expensive than one would expect given its location.
