Disappointing

Beds are NOT comfortable, walls not well insulated because you can hear everything that's going on in the room next door. Room cleaning and restocking only done if a 24h request is made to the front desk. Pool is beautiful but overcrowded and children were in the 18 and over side which is the scandanavian spa area. Will not return to this place and do not recommend it.

The entire hotel needs good cleaning. There were awfully soiled carpets in the hallways, luckily no carpets in rooms. Bathroom grout cleaner was had mold and mildew. Floor in the room was not mopped. Bedding seemed clean as well as the towels, which is the most important.

Les chambres sont basics. Nous avions 2 lits ( possibilité de 4 personnes) et qu'une chaise pour s'asseoir pour 2 personnes. En. Plus ils ont decidé de nous donner la chambre completement au fond du couloir. On dirait que lorsque l'on réserve dur les sites que les chambres sont moins belles et les moins bien situées.

Don’t expect too much. Reception staff not too helpful. Tried to check in early (2pm) and got not help whatsoever. Were told that rooms not guaranteed before 4pm. Amen! Came back later in the evening and were allocated an awful room in the semi basement, no view, noisy. Not coming back to this place.

The place is very rundown. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable, and I noticed some stains on the towels and sheets. The lamps in the room and the hairdryer were broken. The walls and common area carpets were very dirty. This place needs a serious upgrade.

Room looked nothing like the picture. Really needs a makeover: furniture was all scratched and dated, bathroom faucet was leaking and was wobbly and room was very small. On the positive side: Quiet neighbourhood, lots of food option near by, easy commute to downtown.

The fact that the pool area is insanely overcrowded and it is far from anything you can see and do in quebec was a bummer. We were just stopped for an overnighter, so it was conveniently in our price range. The rooms need to be updated. Would not stay there again.

We only stayed one night but it was good. The room was big, it had a kitchen table with fridge and microwave. A couch and a bed. It is dated but fine. The pool was busy and looked fun.
