There is major construction around the hotel, so navigating with all the detour signs was very difficult. The hotel shows its age, and the central smell of chlorine hits you upon entry like it's an indoor water park. The staff and service were excellent, so I have no complaints with that. Many families on a tight budget would have no issue with the hotel. However, I'm unsure if we will consider the hotel again the next time we are in Quebec.

PremiĂšrement, lorsqu’il y a un bris pour un service et que cela concerne notre journĂ©e complĂšte , cela devrait ĂȘtre dĂ©dommagĂ© .. vu les heures d’arrivĂ©e ( on s’entend que 17h avec des jeunes enfants .. et 11h et ouverture de lieu a 9h et en retard aussi
 pas bcp de temps . aucune animation ni divertissement de votre rĂ©putation.. aucune . Je consens que c’est une pĂ©riode tranquille mais 50$ de diffĂ©rence .. et aucune musique le soir dans la piscine comme d’habitude , aucun CinĂ©ma en bas., Aucun spectacle ou autre .. bcp d’option dispo peut se faire malgrĂ© le peu de monde
