Unfortunate end to a wonderful stay. We had a mixup with our beverage credit (which we didn’t receive) and the woman at the front desk this morning was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Until that point we had enjoyed 2 fabulous stays with wonderful meals at the restaurant with fantastic service. Not getting the credit was unfortunate but a simple apology would have gone a long way.

Spectaculaire mais pas le confort des lits !!!!

Les options Ă  l’hĂŽtel sont exceptionnelles, c’est Ă  dire la piscine , le spa extĂ©rieur, les jardins et lieux - WoW. Les 2 centres de conditionnements sont bien et le sauna est super !!! Les chambres sont correcte, mais ont besoin d’un peu d’amour. CEPENDANT, au niveau du confort des lits c’est horrible 
 les matelas me semblent complĂštement dĂ©suets en super inconfortables. Nous Ă©tions 6 familles avec diffĂ©rentes chambres et aucune des familles ont apprĂ©ciĂ©es les matelas. Le matin tous et toutes avaient des points dans le dos. Tellement triste qu’un si bel emplacement n’a pas investit dans le confort de ses chambres.

This Hotel was fantastic. The room was lovely and the hot tub was a great bonus. We did not have breakfast included with our stay but we did eat at the restaurant and the breakfast was fantastic
