Bonjour, l'hotel est bien et bien placé mais nous avons manqué d'eau chaude sur 2 nuits. Cela a été réparée mais aussitot brisé. Sur les 3 chambres, nous n'avons eu que le stationnement de rembourser. La compensation est vraiment trsè faible par rapport au désagrément que nous avons subit.

The hotel is wonderful but the staff was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and helpful and made the stay a 10 plus. Hotel is in an amazing location. Walkable to everything room was super comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

The room was spacious, clean and perfectly decorated to go with the hotel’s ambiance. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. The hotels location was perfect and was walkable to all areas of old Quebec. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again
