Unfolded second bed in a tiny room; no pillows; had to explain to my adult daughter the functionality of the outdated coffee maker; press (very) hard for shampoo; no tea bags in common area; withholding of credit card 50$ cash advance 2 days after departure. Hotel that forgot to renew itself.
Expérience décevante : manque de service client et fausses informations
J’avais réservé une chambre au N Hôtel pour la nuit du 1er mars 2025 avec ma famille (5 personnes), mais un imprévu majeur nous a empêchés de profiter de notre séjour.
Dès notre arrivée à Québec, notre voiture est tombée en panne, nous obligeant à faire appel au CAA pour le remorquage et rentrer immédiatement à Montréal par d’autres moyens (train, Uber). Avant même l’heure du check-in, nous avons contacté l’hôtel pour expliquer la situation et demander un remboursement ou au moins un crédit pour un futur séjour.
Non seulement l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement toute forme de compensation malgré les circonstances et les frais importants que nous avons dû assumer (factures à l’appui), mais en plus, ils nous ont menti en prétendant que c’était à Expedia de gérer le remboursement. Après vérification, Expedia nous a confirmé que c’était bien l’hôtel qui avait le dernier mot, ce qui démontre un manque total de transparence et de professionnalisme.
Nous comprenons que l’annulation n’était pas gratuite, mais nous attendions un minimum de compréhension et d’honnêteté, surtout face à un événement imprévu comme une panne de voiture. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été confrontés à un service client déplorable, une absence totale de flexibilité et une tentative de nous induire en erreur.
Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un établissement fiable et respectueux de ses clients. Une vraie décep

La chambre était moderne, petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le personnel était sympathique.
They refused to provide even a partial reimbursement for shortening our stay because we requested it at 1:30 pm, which is past their cut off of noon. They also berated us for booking through expedia. There are better options in the area, never again.
