The living room also includes a mini split system for year-round heating and cooling, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the private deck, backyard, and the scenic Highland Golf Course.

The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed for both convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. It comes well-stocked with all cookware and cooking utensils, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also features ample counter space on the island, complete with a breakfast bar and seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate dining area includes a table with seating for six, providing a perfect spot for enjoying meals together.

The home includes two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both featuring a tub/shower combo to accommodate everyone’s needs. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp.
