A dream come true

We, my wife and our two little kids, 5 and 8, stayed for 3 nights at the Himmlischer Hof in Quedlinburg and we truly had the most wonderful time. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a medieval house, more than 500 years old. It is so beautifully decorated and the owners did such an amazing job renovating it with so much attention to detail that we felt at home right away. On top of that some generous welcome goodies were awaiting us when we arrived. The location couldn't be any better. Right across from the apartment is a big grocery store and the market square with all its cute stores, cafes and restaurants is only 3 minutes within walking distance. It was also great to have an assigned parking spot available. Communication was very easy and the manager of the property Frau Roßner was incredible helpful and easy going. A big thank you for a wonderful stay in such a beautiful town! All the best and we hope to see you again!

charming 2 bedroom apartment in historic Fachwerkhaus

very friendly landlord lives downstairs. Apartment has all the necessary amenities. Grocery store is across the street and main town center is only a 2minute walk away. Bedrooms face street side - so there's a bit of street noise when the windows are being left open.

Very charming apartment in an historic building near the center of an historic town

The apartment owners were great to communicate with, and getting in to the apartment was easily arranged over the phone. Parking, for example, turned out to be not a problem as there is a secure space for guests that is very near by. The apartment is very much like what is shown in the photos. It is not huge, but it was very suitable for my family of four. The apartment, though in a 600+ year old house, is very modern while retaining elements of the old house which can be seen in the photos. The apartment is also quiet. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped. The location is also great. There is a grocery store just across the street, a butcher just down the street, and a very nice bakery down the street and around the corner. There is a farmers market on the square once per week (Wednesday). The main square is a short walk down the street and all major attractions in the town are within easy walking distance. We would have enjoyed staying longer than we did, so we could have visited the Harz Mountains and some of the surrounding towns but that will have to be on a different trip. Quedlinburg is a beautiful town. I would definitely stay here again.

Eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung aber man kann nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, weil der Durchgangsverkehr auf dem Altstadtpflaster sehr störend ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und liebevolle Gestaltung. Für meinen Mann, der gehbehindert ist völlig ungeeignet und wir sind deshalb vorzeitig abgereist. Habe es expliziert erwähnt bei Buchung und fairerweise sollte man das Gästen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen auch mitteilen und erwähnen in der Beschreibung des FeWo Portals.

Wirklich himmlisch!

Wir konnten unser Glück kaum fassen. Dank "lieblingsquartiere" haben wir dieses Juwel gefunden, dass ehrlicherweise, sogar noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern, genau wie die Stadt Quedlinburg selbst.Ich habe mir als 1,90m große Person zwar zweimal denk Kopf angehauen, aber das war es wert ;-)

Wohnen im Fachwerk

Der Himmlische Hof ist eine großartige Möglichkeit, um in Quedlinnburg Urlaub zu machen. Stilecht wohnt man im Fachwerk, muss aber auf keine Komfort verzichten: voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Kamin und herrlicher Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Einfach herrlich!

Urlaub

Die Wohnung in einem sehr alten Fachwerkhaus hat uns sehr angesprochen. Es steckte viel Liebe fürs Detail in der Unterkunft. Auch Quedlinburg selbst ist eine Reise wert. Genauso ist die Umgebung Wunderschön und lädt zu vielen entspannten, sowie leichten als auch schwierigen Wanderungen ein. Insgesamt war es für uns ein lohnenswerte Urlaub, in dem es an nichts mangelte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Herzen Quedlinburgs

Urlaub im Historischen Haus von 1477, sehr liebevoll bis aufs kleinste Detail saniert. Die helle, große Wohnung war bei der Übergabe super sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich komplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine sichere r nett.

Bezaubernd!!

Toller Aufenthalt in liebevoll restauriertem Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einer der beiden angebotenen Ferienwohnungen sehr genossen. Alles ist liebevoll restauriert, die eingelassenen Holzbalken verleihen eine angenehme Wärme. Die Ausstattung macht einen guten und wertigen Eindruck. Allerdings hatten wir bei Regen mit ein paar Ameisen im Bad zu kämpfen, das möchte ich fairerweise erwähnen. Dennoch vergeben wir insgesamt 5 Sterne, weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
