1 bedroom/1bathroom with full kitchen and living room; 900 sqft livable space, stand alone guest house, not attached to the main house. It is out in the San Tan Mountain/Queen Creek area, very quiet, with star gazing at night! Close to Phoenix for night entertainment. Local events; Cardinals football, spring training baseball, Diamondbacks, Coyotes hockey and plenty of golfing, hiking, and lakes close by.
