The room was not upkept, there were beetle bugs around the room, the towels had fingerprints on them(i used those for the floor) the floor hadnt been cleaned, the tv kept scanning for channels, the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned, old toothpaste stuck in sink, broken towl hooks lay on the sink, dust on the sink. I managed to make the best of it but would not recommend.

this hotel was a last-minute book, and I would never again. although the staff was nice the hotel looked like it was thrown together with spare parts. the first room had a dirty bathroom the toilet had a ring around the bowl, hair in the sing and the tub was filthy. the room I switched to has a room door that didn't touch the ground, so you heard everything that was going on in the hallway. also, I'm not sure if people live there but there was a smell of cat urine in the hallway. thankffully it was only 1 night.

If i could give it a negative star review i would! Terrible staff, horrible accomadations. We felt like they used hand soap in their shampoo and body wash. Cockroaches under the beds, along with food, hairties and dirt.

They do a good job for service they give for price they keep. That’s a good thing. Place is as safe as it can get closer to lake George and save you 100-200 $ for sure. Now, I did see a black roach twice near window. One I had to stomp and other disappeared. May be with trees around, window open they get in but nonetheless you have to be careful. They were on walls.

The TV was on Set Up Wizard and couldn't get rid of the screen. Therefore, no TV. The light next to my bed didn't work, probably bulb was blown out. Very poor soundproofing.

Room had all new furniture, very clean . Bed clean and comfortable . Bathroom clean but dated . Towels clean, yellowish not white . Hallway to the room had some slight smell, maybe because of increased humidity , no smell in the room. Noisy overnight from people talking in the hallway , opening and closing doors. Could hear guest coughing all night in next room . Very convenient location , right off exit .
