Chevignon is a beautifully styled Hamptons-inspired rural residence, offering relaxed coastal living in a warm and welcoming setting. Perfect for families, including your four-legged members, this charming home is designed for comfort and easy holiday living.
Featuring three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The main includes a queen bed, the second bedroom a double bed, and the third bedroom two singles. The open-plan living spaces create a cosy and inviting atmosphere, complete with an open fireplace for winter evenings (wood not provided) and a luxurious claw-foot bath for added relaxation. A split system in the lounge and master bedroom ensures year-round comfort.
Location is a standout, with everything within easy reach. You can stroll to the protected Springs Beach, popular Front Beach, and Queenscliff’s main street. Local favourites such as The General Store café, wood-fired pizza, and The Royal for cocktails are all just around the corner, making dining and coffee runs effortless.
While there is no off-street parking, all-day parking is available directly outside. The property is also a comfortable 10-minute walk from town, offering a peaceful position on the edge of Queenscliff.
