Welcome to Galway Cottage, a charming and beautifully renovated 19th-century home in the heart of Queenscliff. Perfectly positioned, you’re just a short stroll to local cafés, Swan Bay walking and bike tracks, the beach, and the vibrant Hesse Street village.

Blending historic character with modern comfort, the home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas, making it ideal for families or couples travelling together. Thoughtful updates throughout ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay, with plenty of space to unwind.

The main bedroom opens to the back deck and garden, while the additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families. The home features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and year-round comfort with heating and cooling throughout.

Outdoors, a spacious backyard with a BBQ area, and fire pit creates the perfect setting for long afternoons and relaxed evenings. A secure, family-friendly layout with plenty of room for children and pets to enjoy.

With the beach, cafés, shops, and Swan Bay all within easy walking distance, Galway Cottage is perfectly placed for a relaxed coastal escape with everything at your doorstep.

BYO linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, tea towels). Linen hire available by prior arrangement.
Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.

Everything great ! Wonderful house location and very relaxing holiday - just to note I don’t like giving my credit card online so that was why I downgraded the check in process - but that was fixed with a phone call. everything else wonderful !

Galway Cottage is a wonderful property located close to our favourite Queenscliff beach and within easy walking distance to the main street. There are different areas to relax and plenty of space to spread out. The provision of plenty of firewood, books, games and toiletries in the bathrooms were most appreciated.
