A laundry with washing and drying facilities leads through to a private backyard with a covered outdoor dining area.

Up the central staircase, a master bedroom suite holds a queen size bed, storage and its own luxe en suite. An upstairs powder room provides convenience, whilst a spacious office with built-in desk means a working-holiday is also an option. With hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, this home is comfortable year round.
