Hi Marja! Thank you for your feedback. We aploigse that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Booking a bed in a dorm room means that you share with other people, maybe booking a private room would suit you best. Regarding the noises from other people/heatpump, we do offer free ear plugs at reception. It is a shame that you did not mention any of this at the time because we would have been able to help.
