The Space:

Diamond Luxury Central Queenstown is a stylish townhouse-style apartment offering beautifully appointed interiors in a sought-after central location. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this modern retreat provides the perfect base for families, couples, and friends looking to experience everything Queenstown has to offer.



Spread over two levels, the main entry level is dedicated to open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Enter through the front door into the spacious living area, where the contemporary lounge features a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and heat pump, creating a warm and inviting space to relax after a day of adventure. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating and a casual place to gather. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Also located on this level are a separate guest toilet, laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer, and secure internal access to the garage.



The upper level is dedicated to the sleeping accommodation and bathrooms, providing separation between the living and sleeping areas. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and private ensuite. Also on this level are two additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, which features a large double shower with shower heads at each end. Wall heaters in the bedrooms provide additional comfort during the cooler months.

Fantastic for Family

We recently had a short stay in Queenstown for a family getaway! We can not recommend this accommodation any more! The location was convenient (although the hill can be a killer) and we walked everywhere to save hiring a car. The property managers were easy to talk to and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Location is very convenient. 10mins walk to town. Property was very clean. However it will be nice if guests could be provided with some additional basic items like long life milk in the fridge and some shampoo/conditioner.

Great townhouse that suited our family of 5. Good quality linen and towels to use. Very well insulated, lovely gas fireplace for ambience, very comfortable place to stay. There are extensive roadworks directly outside the property which was frustrating at times and we did call noise control on our first night at 11pm to shut them down.

Loved this property

Beautiful property and very convenient. Loved that we could walk back and forth to town. Only reason I gave location/neighborhood a 4 star rating was because the street was torn up with construction while we were there and workers were walking back and forth close to the house throughout the day. Obviously can’t control these things and when the road is fixed the property will be even better! I would love to come back and bring my family. It was a great stay. Thank you!

Great property. Perfect for what we were after. Very short walk into town. Single carpark garage. Versatile kitchen and all you need. Loved the Fridge as it had a water dispenser which was very good for us. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Main bathroom had two shower heads opposite each other which our infant son loved having his own shower.3 Bedrooms, all a great size. All and all happy with our stay

We all enjoyed our stay, the house is still very new and with proper outdoor furniture, more towels and toiletries, it could be perfect. If you want to be right in town, as we did, it's great. If you want a grand view this is not the place for you. Pluses - new house with mod cons, great beds, good linen, 3 toilets, a garage, an easy downhill walk to town, clean, plenty of glassware, good response from caretaker to our queries. Minuses - no outdoor furniture as in photos, only 2 bean bags for 6 people, no wi-fi on first night, lawns at front very long and untidy, not enough towels for 3 days, no complimentary toiletries, no real views.

There was clear evidence that the house had been professional dressed to a high standard, right down to the art work hanging on the wall. It was the simple basics that let this place down & our weeks stay. No dish washing liquid of any kind. Dishwasher included - yes - but nothing to wash with. For $600 a night, you would expect to have some. No Tea pot or Plunger Coffee. But yet there were coffee cups. Internet included free wifi.. except it ran out day on the morning of day three. If wifi isn't unlimited it should say so.. i would hazard a guess the limit was somewhere between 100mb & 500mb. Again for $600 per night this is what im paying for? House was very warm & did not need any additional heating. Parking is an issue here as the house next door is rented by 4 other people and their partners who choose to park their cars in the narrow drive which makes it in possible to use the garage. Beds - uncomfortable as you could feel the ripples with the creases. a bed comfortable would be good here. The map pinpoint has this house on stanley street. in fact it is on melbourne street which is a next block up. a good 10-15min walk to central town.

A bigger bin in the kitchen would be great where the allocated area is for the dishwasher. A beanbag which had a patch on had bust open, we reported this immediately to let Goodstays know about it.
