Lovely place ,loved the spa relaxation accommodation was perfect. Just be aware you pay for parking as it’s very limited for guests $16 daily stayed 3 place 2-3 in Queenstown had paid parking Breakfast was really delicious.Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience dinner was booked out every night so we ventured to Queenstown fantastic restaurants and foods amazing choices and atmosphere.

Hotel was lovely- room & bathroom quite spacious. Booked Lake Wakatipu suite, upon check in was advised upgraded to a relaxation room with spa. The relaxation room was on ground floor with no view of lake, and was a hotel room with spa that could be seen from balcony above.

Love this place! The bathtubs in the rooms are wonderful. We have stayed in 3 different lakeside view rooms, each one was great. Love that they each had fireplaces. The restaurant was very good. Views are amazing!

The place is beautiful, great views and the room was spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. The only downfall of the hotel is the location. Yes, there is a water taxi that takes you across. Timing doesn’t always work out and the bus times aren’t ideal or the location to catch it from. We probably didn’t research the distance to Queenstown centre very well. It would be ideal for the Hilton to offer a shuttle.
