Very poor condition.

The room is very old. No air and no air conditioning. It's very dangerous to take a showe there because the water are boiling at all time and you cannot add cold water to them. The breakfast is also very poor.

Absolutly amazing place! Close enough to queenstown but also far enough away from the chaos. The staff are amazing, the rooms are very nice & always clean. The breakfast buffet is great. We highly recommend staying here and would most definitely stay again.

The staff throughout were excellent from the FD, to F&B and Housekeeping. We spent six nights and were absolutely thrilled!
