Had a super lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy, the room was modern and had lovely views from outside the property. However I will say “mountain views room” is a little deceiving as the windows in the room were small and had a beam covering them which made it a little difficult to really see out of them. But other than that we had a great stay and it was relatively affordable.

It was nice hotel and the staff were very helpful. The bed wasnt made properly any time it was serviced, the sheets werent breathable so i felt sweaty a lot,band some things were a bit dirty in the apartment, but apart from that i really enjoyed it. The location is right under the mountains and i enjoyed that.

I commend the politeness and how calm the manager who attended to us when we had a problem with our booking reservation with expedia. He remains calm throughout the process. Although, it is still a dissapointing experience. The room downgrade and ending to an extra cost with a substndard service. We got a room with faulty double lock door, the floor hasn’t been cleaned the whole 3 days of stay.

Affordable and Standard Choice

The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, parking was quite difficult as it was hard to find a spot nearby. They suggest to park at public parking which costs $10 per day. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, offering lots of dining options. One downside was the poor soundproofing - i could hear loud laughter from the neighboring room at midnight, which made us hard to rest. One thoughtful touch was that the hotel provided a brownies or cookies with drink as a simple breakfast - actually quite deicilous and felt welcoming.

The check-in experience was poor. There was no hotel parking. The bedroom and bathrooms were very poor considering the price. I immediately regretted booking our stay there the photos and the room descriptions were inaccurate.
