The Ground floor has three large bedrooms, The 'Forest Room' can be converted from a Super King up to three singles. The 'Queenstown Room' - King bed, its own En-suite. French doors leads to the Courtyard and Hot Tub/Spa Pool. The 'Lake View' Room can be converted from Super King to two singles. French doors open to a covered private covered Courtyard with quality outdoor furniture. The spacious main bathroom with bath and walk in shower also has a full laundry - washing machine and dryer behind closed doors. All bathrooms are supplied with quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash and hair dryers.

The spacious Master Bedroom on the top floor has two separate wardrobes and two entrances. The bedroom opens up to the living room and beyond to the views of the lake and mountains.
