Rooftop terrace was great! Location excellent. Free hot beverages, ice and water. Hotel and rooms very modern and high tech. Only issue is the rooms were very small, but the beds were high so you can store your suitcases under the bed.

It's very close to everything, only there is not much place to put your suitcases. The vending machine was awesome, I really loved rooftop. We can see gandolas from rooftop.

Hotel was nice but very poor service from reception/hotel. They only have 1 iron in the whole facility which was taken by a guest staying and put in their room vs communal laundry. No effort was made by the hotel to facilitate a replacement or provide an alternative solution

Great hotel and location. My husband and I stayed here on two different visits to Queenstown and plan to stay there again if we return. Location is a block away from grocery store, DOC center, short walk to Fergburger and the shopping area. It is modern, has laundry room, rooftop terrace is amazing to view sunset or eat takeout dinner, filtered water available on every floor.

Clean room, fluffy towels, temperature control in the room that worked, courteous & helpful front desk staff, and MiPad location was close to the main tourist haunts in Queenstown. The shower was excellent, too! I may not pass through Queenstown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely try to book accommodation at MiPad.

The staff were so friendly! Definitely a comfortable stay. We loved the location and how walkable it was to Queenstown CBD. The only downside was there was no available parking but we were able to find free overnight parking 1 street over so it wasn’t too bad.

Nice newer property in a great location in the downtown heart of Queenstown. We would stay there again. The property doesn't have parking however there is a parking lot next door where you can leave your car from 6pm to 8am but then it's $6.50 per hour to park. We always found a spot to park and it wasn't a major issue.

Lovely room and we had a balcony as well. As we were on top floor there was an outdoor seating area as well which was lovely. Also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate from the machine on our floor. The lift was not working when we were there and they carried our bags to and from our room which was nice. They even gave us a partial refund for the lift not working. I book hotels with lifts for my husband who can not do stairs very well, so we had to organise our going out times a bit more. However it not detract from our stay. Would stay again.

The only problem is the hotel has no parking. There are very expensive ( $6.50 he) pay lots nearby that are free after 6pm to 8am but they fill up quickly.
