This newly furnished and impeccably appointed stand alone house provides a wonderful relaxing space for up to 6 guests - an ideal get-a-way for a family or group of friends.

If you are looking for a luxurious, centrally located villa in Queenstown, Picture Point Villa guarantees long lasting memories.

As you enter this 3 storey home and descend the stairs to the living area, be wowed by the stylish interior and the eye-popping views.

This open plan, expansive space extends to the outdoor balcony, 8 person dining room and generous lounge area with gas fire place and a large 75 inch TV, connected to a high-fidelity audio system.

The large open plan kitchen is well equipped for your entertaining needs and includes an expresso machine and a range of modern appliances, hidden in a secret walk-in butler's pantry.

Head down the second flight of stairs to find a dedicated laundry room with 1 washing machine and 2 clothes dryers.

Continue down the third flight of stairs to the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch TV, generous wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom fitted with spa bath to soak in.

The further two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom, with one bedroom able to be split into two singles if you prefer.

There is also a second living area with 55 inch TV, a perfect spot for the kids to relax and watch a movie.

Here to ski? Situated in the garage, Picture Point Villa has the ideal drying room for everyone's skis and clothing.

With an internal access garage and easy off-street parking, leave the car at home and make the 10 minute picturesque walk downhill to the centre of town.

Picture Point Villa includes 2 brand new Trek full suspension electric mountain bikes which are available for hire during your stay for an additional charge (one large and one medium size). Please enquire further should you be interested in having access to these bikes during your stay.

Stunning!!!

Absolutely beautiful architecturally designed property equipped with everything you could need and beautifully furnished. Lovely and spacious yet cosy and comfortable. Bedrooms are on lower level and the sweeping views that greeted us each morning as we walked upstairs to the living/kitchen area never failed to take our breath away! 10/10
