The room was clean but would have been nice to have air con and also a door hinge on the main door so that it can be left open during the day to allow air flow. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again when in Queenstown as close to town a bus stops

Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a 15 min walk to the town center. A perfect location. Parking is free; however, if you have a huge SUV like the rental agency gave me, you might have some issues because the parking space is tight. I had to park by the garage and didn’t want to leave because I was afraid someone would take that space. My rental wouldn’t have really fit anywhere else.

Owner & staff were very accomodating. Kept checking in with me if I was Ok or needed anything. Close to town, walking distance. Stunning view of Lake Wakitipu everyday. Given a map of the town centre to navigate around town. Altogether was an absolutely wonderful experience in Queenstown & would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We stayed in this motel with the lake view studio and the view to the lake is fantastic however the noise from the main road is intolerable. To get the noise reduced we had to use two supplied fans in order to drain out the traffic noise. The room is outdated.

The room exceeded expectations. It was warm, clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette. It was a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Parking was tight, but there was always a spot available. Staff were friendly.

Our room was compact but still had everything we needed. A direct view of Lake Wakatipu was unbeatable. Had free laundry service which we were pleasantly surprised by, although not sure if dryer was functioning. The motel itself was in close proximity to all target attractions. Overall fulfilled our needs for our 3D2N stay in Queenstown.
