Our bed had a spring coming out of it and once we got it switched it was still very uncomfortable, almost like a trampoline. Shower water was cold but tolerable. I was pleasanlty surprised by the quality, how clean the hotel and rooms were. The beds were comfortable and the balcony had a wonderful ocean view. I would stay here again
