This hotel is so charming and unique! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The breakfasts are delicious and generous and the restaurant by the pool is beautiful. We loved our bungalow and watching all the animals around the property. Highly recommend!!

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Ecotica hotel for our honeymoon. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The hotel staff customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the YOLO bar & restaurant was very yummy and convenient. We would definitely come back and stay again.

The hotel was great. Stayed in a Signature Bungalow for 5 nights. Great location. Breakfast was good. 5 or 6 options on the menu. Good coffee, juice & water. The staff made the stay great. Especially Robert and Moy. My only complaint was the check in process we arrived from San Jose by car 3.5 hour drive. Arrived at the Hotel at 2pm, check in is 3pm. The young woman working reception told us that the bungalow was still being cleaned.. which was not true, I walked over and looked. No early check in. Unbelievable! The hotel was not booked plenty of vacancy. Slow rainy season. Reception made us wait until after 3 to check in. Never offered to take are bags and store them while we explored town. My opinion is reception needs better customer service skills/people skills. Reception is the first people you typically meet at a hotel. Further, there are sooo many places to stay in Manual Antonio.

Property grounds were very maintained which enhanced it's beautification. Monkeys came to visit almost every evening about 5p.m. Free Breakfast was delicious. Great friendly staff. Lots of Great Restaurants were walking distance. The Balcony was great to enjoy morning espresso they provided. Our room was cleaned every day. The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn't a dresser so our clothes were exposed on shelves which I didn't care for..Also no iron in room. Not sure if they would have provided one if I asked. Room was comfortable. and felt safe.The sounds of nature were relaxing. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was one of the best experience I’ve ever had! My wife and I went there to celebrate our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived there, I was mesmerized, and we got to see the monkeys which we thought was pretty cool. They have a restaurant they’re called YOLO and the staff are extremely kind and very helpful. The best service we’ve ever had. We booked a bungalow and the views were to die for! extremely clean and very accommodating. Breakfast is by the pool, which gives you a scenic view, and of course the staff were also extremely kind. This hotel is also located very close to Manuel Antonio national Park, which also leads you to the most beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this place. And again thank you Ecotica for making our honeymoon perfect!

Loved it! So green and lush.

Loved the room, the property, and the super friendly and welcoming staff! We saw parrots, monkeys and these little agouti critters that are adorable around the property, along with tons of flowers and greenery. There are steps everywhere, just FYI in case anyone has trouble getting around.
