Loved this hotel! Great location, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings. We had a king room on the bottom floor. Would recommend a second floor room definitely. The rooftop terrace has a great restaurant where we had our breakfasts and a great dinner! It’s beautiful at night with the city lights!

Clean spacious room. Good hot water and pressure. Convenient to historic centre sights but not so close that it was noisy. Very helpful staff; they even arranged a private tour for us. Room was missing some things I expected: no safe, dressers, or towel racks.

First and foremost, the welcoming hospitality by all the staff. Very clean, convenient with a fine touch of Mexican history in the heart of Queretaro. The terrace restaurant La Grupa has one of the best views of modern and historic Queretaro. The only suggestion would be to have cooling equipment in the rooms, not only ventilators.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property, excellent customer service and delicious hot breakfast. The surrounding area were the best. The only thing that is not making me go back to this hotel is the fact that I found 3 roaches in different occasions inside my room. These roaches are very easily transported and hard to get rid off.
