I loved that the property was close to everything. However, when I arrived, the hotel host was busy chatting with the onsite restaurant staff. Even after greeting us, she mentioned she wasn’t ready to check us in and had to finish other tasks first. We also noticed that the bathroom windows didn’t lock. When I asked about it, I was told they were all broken and not to worry because there were cameras on the property. That didn’t make me feel very secure. Lastly, the on-site restaurant was a huge disappointment—save your money and time. Overall, not the best first impression. 0/5 stars

Nice property in Centro Historico within walking distance to many plazas, churches, restaurants and other attractions. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was small but big enough for my wife and I. The water pressure in the shower was low but it's a good method to conserve water. The curtains in the unit where we stayed did not give enough privacy. If we're are in Queretaro again we would stay here again.

The rooms are well appointed with nice linens and towels and very comfortable bed and shower. A little noise coming from the restaurant in the hotel was a bit annoying but not bad. But the downside was the room had no windows. Made it a bit dark and sad. Have to park in a nearby parking. Not a big deal but not as convenient as on site parking.

The hotel is really nice, the staff was also very nice and helpful. The rooms are of good size with all the amenities you need, comfortable bed, functional restroom, everything was great. The only difficulty is parking. The hotel does not have their own parking lot, you will have to find public parking, pay and get reimbursed. Other than that, the hotel was great!
