We stayed in the deluxe room. The bed was comfortable. One queen size. There's an automatic air freshener that makes a strange sound through the night and flashes a light every time it works. The bathroom door opens into the bathroom and should open out due to the small size of the bathroom.

Very nice barrio, lots of restaurants and shops. The room was a bare minimum and no windows...had to open the two small doors to the outer patio for air, but there was a fan and it was comfortable. No way to have water in the room other than a cupful from the front desk (covid restriction??). It was fine for an overnight.

A home away from home

Coziest hotel ever, have stayed here at least 5 times. Staff is so friendly especially the receptionist at the front. The Camarista Sofi is amazing, she keeps your room spotless, you literally feel like you are going into your room for the first time each day once she has been there, sadly she is leaving in January. If you want a quiet, comfortable hotel this is the place.

Convenient, safe, friendly.

3rd stay at this hotel, so that should say something alone. It is so cozy and comfortable. Building is over 200 years old. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Great for a relaxing weekend, romantic getaway or even just an overnight stay. Will continue to stay here Everytime I am in Queretaro.

Beautiful, cozy. Perfect for a romantic getaway

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It’s so beautiful, cozy, comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And you have to love how well this property has been kept up considering is over 200 years old. I will continue to stay at this hotel every single time I come to Queretaro.
