Very good value compared to other small hotels in Queretaro. Needed to coordinate arrival time as owner is stretched between two small properties. Excellent beds and quiet yet near center.

The hotel description is misleading - 2 separate hotels called Casa Once actually exist a few blocks apart. Only one has a pool. The one we were staying in did not have a pool. The hotel description on Expedia mixes photos and features of both and presents it as a single hotel which is totally incorrect

Everything was perfect, including the staff! 💞 Thank you for a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly comfortable, featuring filtered water, a cozy bed, air conditioning, and breakfast included, which I didn't realize at first. The owner was super nice and communicated with me prior to arrival. Breakfast staff was so helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and had everything we could want. It was about half the price that I would have expected for such excellent accommodations. A real gem.

We liked everything about this small boutique hotel in the Centro Historico of Queretaro. The included breakfast was very nice and there are lots of options if you like eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, beans and tortillas. Our luxury room had a Nespresso machine and a 55" flat screen TV. The King bed was large and comfortable. A very large shower in the functional bathroom. The property is centered in the midpoint between the aqueduct and the Zenea Garden. It's only 2 blocks from the Plaza De Armas. Lots of great food options within a half kilometer. I guess the only thing missing is an indoor lobby and breakfast area. There is a nice outdoor patio with awning. Service staff was very responsive and helpful.
