El Hotel en realidad es menos lindo que en las fotos. Se entiende que es un Hotel de un pueblo mágico y quizá es sencillo, pero no entiendo porqué el baño estaba mal lavado, ni cloro le ponen, lleno de hongos la regadera, daba mucho asco. Las ventanas no cerraban completamente y tenían rendijas. La cafetera estaba sucia, empolvada y por supuesto no se me antojó hacerme café en la habitación. Deberían aclarar que no hay estacionamiento suficiente para todos. Las chicas que nos atendieron en el desayuno no son amables. Los controles de la TV no funcionaban y en la habitación de otros amigos tampoco. La señorita de la recepción si fue amable.

El colchon estaba súper blando , por lo que descansar fue complicado porque amanecí con dolor de espalda. En la regadera del baño había pelos desde el primer día que entre, y el segundo día apareció una cucaracha. Aunque el servicio del personal fue muy amable y servicial.
