I called the hotel and there was no answer. I called Expedia for help and Expedia's customer service team (based in the Philippines from what I could tell) let's say was beyond useless.

Carolina, was one of the host at this hotel and she welcomed me with open arms. She, another young lady and gentleman made me feel so comfortable and at home! Everything was clean and gorgeous when I walked into my room. It was a secure hotel, top notch! I would definitely stay here again. :)
