Me gustó el hotel y su ubicación, el único comentario es que la puerta de entrada tiene cristal y el hotel tiene mucha iluminación en el pasillo central, por lo cual no hay forma de bloquear y entra mucha luz. Por otro lado, es un poco cerrado para la acústica del pasillo y se escuchan las conversaciones. Sin embargo, quiero resaltar que me gustó el hotel, la vista a la peña es muy bonita y aunque no está en el centro caminando, se puede llegar a pocos minutos, sin necesidad de mover el auto

Habitación muy pequeña, la cama se rechinaba mucho , se notaba una base de cama mal reparada, el primer día sen agua, no contaba con wifi, el restaurante del hotel siempre estuvo cerrado, sin personal que atendiera, la TV solo funciona con internet y no tenían servicio de su proveedor

El personal todos muy amables y atentos, buena limpieza, estacionamiento de fácil acceso cercano a las habitaciones y embanquetado, el desayuno sencillo pero bueno. Si buscas alojarte en lugar tranquilo es buena opción, el centro de Bernal está a menos de 10 minutos caminando.

La atención y el servicio excelente. Respecto a la habitación muy bonita y amena, solo hubo dos inconvenientes, la cerradura de la puerta para accesar a la habitación estaba muy dañada y la mezcladora de la regadera necesita mantenimiento porque es complicada para templarla.
