Beautiful little boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner just next to the quaint plaza. Great location - lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in great condition. The rooms are pretty basic (no mini kitchen or fridge/microwave, etc, but it's a great place to stay if you're in town to tourist and see the local attractions.

Maui Traveler

This is my second stay here, the first being to short, I decided to return. This place is perfectly situated along a side alley, in the center of town. Their are artisan vendor that line the path, and on the weekend independent artist bring their creation to sell. I loved it, it’s a charming hotel, and every room feels like your staying in your own Casita. The only issue we had was with electrical connection issues, but that never adversely affected our stay. The staff is great, they always go beyond the call to make everything pleasant. I’m counting the days to my next stay here.

Lindo pero puede ser aún mejor

El hotel muy lindo, es nuevo... es un poquito difícil llegar y no mencionan al momento de reservar que el valet tiene costo extra!! Todo lo demás muy bien! El servicio es muy bueno. Ojalá pronto abran el bar y restaurante! Si volvería!

Errores administrativos estancia increíble

Deberían de avisar que sus teléfonos no sirven para no estar en incertidumbre por otro lado me cobraron por error dos veces y al ancelarlo en ese momento el cargo de aplicó y aún sigue en pendiente ese doble pago ya pasó una semana espero que no pase a mayores la estancia fue increíble solo errores administrativos

Hotel hubicado en el Centro de Querétaro

El hotel es muy bonito pero desafortunadamente el personal de recepcion no tiene la capacitación para dar la información y atención al huésped, increíblemente el camarista es mas amable y da mejor atencion y da mejor informacion q los muchachos de recepcion ademas no cuenta con servicio a habitación no tiene frigobar tampoco sirve el teléfono y es imposible acceder al cable de la tv, tampoco cuenta con servicio de botones y uno tiene q cargar con su equipaje por unas escaleras enormes

Muy agradable y cómodo

Muy grandes habitaciones, de reciente construcción y decoración de buen gusto. Me costó trabajo encontrarlo, se encuentra sobre un andador, no donde indica la dirección, sin embargo ya que llegas el hotel es excelente
