Our family of four had a great stay at Morazul. Fantastic location .. easy to walk to tons of restaurants and sights. The room was quite comfortable and had ample space. We were in room 6 which faced out to the city.. it had great views, but a warning that you will hear street noise. Friendly staff and a very secure hotel. We would stay again.

Nice hotel. Convenient location to walkable centro. Comfy bed. Everything worked well in room. There is some noise from adjacent rooms. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

The rooms are very dark and the water spilled out of the shower door. On their website it said that they offered breakfast and they don't. The person in charge of cleaning was very lazy with their room work. Other than that, front desk staff is really nice and always available to help. The hotel has a great location for getting around by foot.

Boutique Hotels are normally little jewels with 5 stars quality in “petite” and relaxed environment but sometimes the term is confused with a 2 star place disguised as higher end.

Dated property, what I would call "Faded quaint", but very clean and located across from the park. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke some English which was great since my Spanish is in the learning stage. Noisy at night if there are events going on in the park. We were there during the International Women's Day celebration.

A very pleasant place to stay in Quaretaro

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Very well located. Walking distance to all interesting places. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. No need to look elsewhere when in Quaretero.

Overall a comfortable place to stay. However, the water pressure of the bathroom sink and faucet were odd. You will open the faucet a liitke bit and no water will come out and if you tried to open a LOT will come out and will splash all the way to the floor. We stayed in room 6.
