24 hours front desk, but not. by accident the door locked me out at 23:30 and there is no body in the front desk, called hundred times , no body answer the call , i have to find another hotel and Expedia not refund me , hotel offered me $50.00 refund. very bad experience. Also very upset Expedia service this time, I've been using Expedia for more than 15 years. very very upset.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Quesnel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. I really appreciated the free parking and the convenient location.I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

Had a wonderful stay at the Ramada in Quesnel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Loved the free breakfast and the convenience of parking. Great location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Rate was decent room was not as advertised, had no shower curtain then when I got one rod wouldn't stay up. They say 6:00 am breakfast, it wasn't ready until 6:30, when On a time line little inconvenient.

Always good service

We were in town for a retreat and we always try to stay at the Ramada as it’s handy to the places we go and the rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff are always very helpful.

The only thing about this place was the sheets seemed clean and the fellow at desk was pleadant. 1)dirty towel left on back of bathroom door 2)Carpets were FILTHY 3) staff attempted to vaccum, but didn't move the ottoman in front of chair. 4)had to wipe office chair off to sit 5) the balcony that had a big hole in deck; garbage everywhere, empty cigarette pkg on deck; cobwebs everywhere; chairs on deck were very dirty 6) two giant dirty/brown areas on ceiling where there was at one time a leak 7) parking lot was filled with big paving trucks; no where to park 8) stairwell hadn't been vacuumed, drywall dust everywhere 9) room smelled of chlorine from pool. I will not recommend or ever stay at a Ramada again. ROOM 305 if it is of interest to you.

The pool was actually green, the lamp shades were broke, cupboards were broke, beds with extreme dips, couch and carpets very solied, remotes didn't work, smelled of cigarette smoke, empty beer cans and cigarette butts on the deck....
