Logement chez l’habitant

Appartement en extension de la maison des propriétaires qui habitent sur place, ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, mais qui en soit ne devrait pas poser de problème… mais problème il y a… Règles très strictes mais sensées, cependant la sensation de surveillance permanente est particulièrement gênante. Cerise sur le gâteau : pas de porte d’entrée qui ferme, nous devons entrer par la baie vitrée qui ne se ferme que de l’intérieur. La propriétaire nous dit que cela ne craint rien, qu’ils sont toujours là… aucune intimité donc. La terrasse avec jolie vue sur le lac qui est traversée sans cesse par la famille des propriétaires. Logement très propre avec certains équipements de qualité, malgré un escalier et une rambarde de mezzanine très peu sécurisante pour des enfants. Propriétaires gentils mais oppressants. Nous remettons en question le rapport qualité/prix, avec un logement qui manque cruellement d’intimité.
